Dear TRNSYS users

I am using the TRNSYS program to simulate a thermal building model
integrated with the PV facade. The Type19 - single zone building model is
used in the simulation for the project. Now, I really want to check the
heating load and the cooling load of the building generally.  For this
purpose, I can use Type19, mode 1-Energy rate control. However, the real
heating or cooling system is not working at night or weekend. This means
that the building performance can be simulated by the mode 1 - energy rate
control, during the working day and by the mode 2 - Temperature control (in
Type19), during weekends and nights. But, the mode 1 and mode 2 cannot be
used in one simulation. Also, I tried to use mode 1 in which I can set the
heating setpoint and the cooling setpoint as the real values during the
working day, while set the setpoints as the very large ( and small) values
such that the calculation is performed as the mode 2  during the night and
the holiday (Actually, there are no controls in the mode 2). If these two
setpoints are the INPUT variables, I can use Type 14 to treat these two
variable setpoints as the forcing functions. However, these two setpoints
are the PARAMETER variables in Type 19. This means that the two setpoints
are the fixed numbers for the whole simulation.  So, this intention is
failed. 

For the problem above mentioned, are there any TRNSYS users who can help me
to solve?&
