The reason you get this error now and not before is probably just that before you
had "\trnwin" in your WINDOWS PATH variable and now you don't anymore.
You can try to open a DOS shell and type

cd \trnwin
Link @link.dvf

to see if I'm right. But otherwise I agree with Nate that compiling from within
the developper studio is of course a much better solution.
