I am assuming that you did not recompile after replacing your mother board.
I also assume that you were recompiling properly before that time. Perhaps
the DVF compiler was not properly installed after your motherboard was
replaced.
First, you should be using the command: Link @link.dvf (link.dvf is for
the DVF compiler and link.fp4 is for the old Microsoft Powerstation compiler).
Second, I recommend to everyone that they do their Fortran compiling from
within the Visual Studio environment instead of through the
TRNSHELL/command line method. The Solar Lab has written directions for
setting up the TRNSYS project within the Visual Studio environment. The
instructions are located at:

Everything about working with Fortran and compiling, linking, debugging is
much easier once you start using the Visual Studio environment.
