fail in startup

Dear trnsys users,

I have a TRNSYS 14.2 copy intalled in a computer with WINNT 4.0. I used
several times the program some months ago, but now when I start the
IISIBAT program a small window called "get_fonts" appears with the
message "insufficient memory". I tried to reinstall the program but the
same problem happened again. Does someone can help me?
