New wall with TYPE 19

Hello TRNSYS users,

We try to introduce a new wall in ASRHAE.COF. The problem is that we don't
know the units in which we have to do that (for the b and c coefficients).
It seems to be Btu/hft2R, from the conversion factor used in TABLE (factor
20.4408). We are not sure. 
We have compared different walls and we reproduce the d coefficients but
not b and c.
