1 min. time step for Type 9

Dear all,

I'm using simulation timestep with 0.01666667 hour(equal to one minute).
However, I got error message like below.

***** ERROR ***** TRNSYS ERROR # 203
THE SIMULATION START TIME MUST BE AN INTEGER MULTIPLE OF THE
SIMULATION TIMESTEP. CHECK SIMULATION STATEMENT.
****

My start time is just 5304 hours.

What's the problem in this work?
