Yes, you can activate
'Write Trnsed commands' in parameter 16 of the IISiBat global cards window to
export a project for the TRNSED application. In TRNSED you can then create a
stand-alone Windows application.
Our good old friend Manual should have the details...

PS: You may have to contact your TRNSYS distributor to enable this option.
