Reg:Warning related to vartype

Dear TRNSYS-Users, 

I am working on Renewable Energy Fuel system model. When I run the program the 
warnings I get in the *.list file are

This problem is similar to the problem posted in mail list by Jeff Thornton 
(Subject: Re: Question about warning in TRNSYS).I am just wondering will this 
problem affect the final output?
