Dear Sharath,
Some more precisions on the second warning you are getting:
***** WARNING *****
UNIT/TYPE/INPUT/VARTYPE CONNECTED TO UNIT/TYPE/OUTPUT/VARTYPE
---------------------------------------------------------------
18 2 3 TE1 ---------> 25 164 1 SF1
The "SF1" signal is a non-standard unit added by the HYDROGEMS Types. It
appears to be used for a volumetric flowrate in Nm3/h, although the
output 1 from Type 164 is a volume in Nm3... We will correct that in the
future.
The Type 2 controller essentially works by comparing inputs 1 and 2 and
setting the control signal based on the thresholds you give as inputs 4
and 5 (input 3 is a used for the high limit cut-out). So, as long as you
use a consistent set of signals for your controller, it will work fine.
The most common use of controllers is for temperatures, which is why
Type 2 expects to receive a temperature ("TE1").
Kind regards,
Michaël Kummert
