Dear Valentin,
  A .pdf copy of the TESS Library Component Description Manual may have 
been included on the installation CD. Printed documentation is also 
available and may have been included by your distributor. You may also find 
information describing parameters, inputs and outputs in the IISiBat 
proformas themselves by clicking on the "More" button to the right of each. 
If you do not have a copy of the manual, I would suggest contacting the 
distributor. If you are looking for more comprehensive documentation than 
is available in the parameter / input / output descriptions then at the 
moment, none is available we are working on full technical documentation 
for all of the components in the libraries and expect to release it with 
version 2.0 in the spring of 2004.
