Hello T.Welfonder and M.Rudolph, my problem was solved with the answer of Timo Sengewald (see above), but I could reproduce it again in order to send my *.bui file to you. I have only changed the values of the pipe spacing, the pipe diameter and the pipe conductivity on the layer klayer, then saved my document and closed it. When I try to open it again, I can't. I get the same message as explained in my first mail. Attached is the *.bui file. Hope it helps to solve this issue. For the accuracy of the active layer model it is important, that the layer adjacend to the active layer is greater then 30 % of the pipespacing. ole0.bmp the strange thing about your Error is that normally you shouldnt be able to save the file in PREBID when the thickness of the layer adjacent to the active layer is to small. I would suggest to open your file with an editor and modify the thickness of the layers which could have caused that error.
