This is BIDWIN

Dear TRNSYS users,

I am writing to solicit urgent help from TRNSYS experts/gurus in telling me what is wrong with BIDWIN, which comes with version TRNSYS 14.2, which I am using.

I am not able to successfully create BLD and TRN files from BIDWIN. Only blank files are created, and the INF files contains no error. Surprisingly, these 3 files are created successfully when I run the "building.bui" distributed with the package, but after making a single small change in the file (e.g. changing the outputs to default), I again get blank BUILDING.BLD and BUILDING.TRN files.

Would someone please tell me where is the error? I could not explain myself why BIDWIN likes only one particular file, and not the others. 

I would be grateful for help as some urgent work is held up because of this problem.
